Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Item
Place the unused umbrella back in its original sleeve and shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
